Deposits and balance payments / Depósitos y pagos de saldo
A non-refundable , non-transferable 30 % deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your space. The remaining 70% of the booking will be required April 11th. / Se requiere un depósito no reembolsable ni transferible del 30% en el momento de la reserva para asegurar su espacio. El 70% restante de la reserva se requerirá el 11 de abril.
If the booking is made after April 11th, then full 100% payment will be required at the time of booking. / Si la reserva se realiza después del 11 de abril, se requerirá el pago total del 100 % en el momento de la reserva.
We reserve the right to release a reservation if the required balance amount is not received on the mentioned cut-off Period. / Nos reservamos el derecho de cancelar una reserva si no se recibe el monto del saldo requerido en el período de corte mencionado.
Cancellation and Refund / Cancelación y Reembolso
Booking cancellations made prior to April 2nd will incur cancellation charges equivalent to 30 %
of the total booking. / Las cancelaciones de reservas realizadas antes del 2 de abril incurrirán en cargos de cancelación equivalentes al 30 % del total de la reserva.Booking cancellations made after April 2nd or in the event of a no-show, will incur cancellation charges equivalent to 100 %of the total booking. Las cancelaciones de reservas realizadas después del 2 de abril o en caso de no presentarse, incurrirán en gastos de cancelación equivalentes al 100 % del total de la reserva.
In the case that the workshop may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, or if the minimum number of participants is not reached, deposit will be transferred to following retreat. En caso de que el taller se cancele por circunstancias imprevistas, o si no se alcanza el número mínimo de participantes, el depósito se transferirá al siguiente retiro.
The Joy Alchemist – Daniela Garcia, Lauren Arboleda - Food from the Heart will not be held liable for flights and travel arrangements in the unlikely event of cancellation of the retreat. The Joy Alchemist – Daniela Garcia, Lauren Arboleda - Food from the Heart no se hará responsable de los vuelos y arreglos de viaje en el improbable caso de cancelación del retiro.
Health and Fitness / Salud y Aptitud Física
Activities within the retreat may require a certain degree of physical fitness. It is a guest’s responsibility to ensure they have certain level of fitness required for any activity that a guest chooses to participate in. The Joy Alchemist – Daniela Garcia, Lauren Arboleda - Food from the Heart retain the discretion at any time to not permit the guest to participate in any activity if she reasonably believes that, in the interests of the guest’s health, the guest should not do so. In such circumstances, the presenter shall not be liable for any losses or compensation arising. / Las actividades dentro del retiro pueden requerir un cierto grado de aptitud física. Es responsabilidad del invitado asegurarse de tener cierto nivel de condición física requerido para cualquier actividad en la que el invitado decida participar. The Joy Alchemist – Daniela Garcia, Lauren Arboleda - Food from the Heart retiene la discreción en cualquier momento de no permitir que el invitado participar en cualquier actividad si cree razonablemente que, en interés de la salud del participante, el participante no debe hacerlo. En tales circunstancias, el presentador no será responsable de ninguna pérdida o compensación que surja.
It is a requirement of the retreat to show proof of valid international travel insurance. / Es un requisito del retiro mostrar prueba de seguro de viaje internacional vigente.
