Deposits and balance payments

• A non-refundable , non-transferable 30 % deposit is
  required at the time of booking to secure the booking. The remaining 70% of the booking will be required May 24th

• If the booking is made after May 24th,  then full 100%
  payment will be required at the time of booking.

• We reserve the right to release a reservation if the required balance amount is not received on the mentioned cut-off Period.

Cancellation and Refund

• Booking cancellations made prior to May 24th
  will incur cancellation charges equivalent to 30 %
  of the total booking.

• Booking cancellations made after May 24th, or in the event of a no-show, will incur cancellation charges equivalent to 100 %of the total booking.

• In the case that the workshop may be cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances, or if the minimum number of participants is not reached, deposit will be transferred to following retreat.

• The Joy Alchemist – Daniela Garcia will not be held liable for flights and travel arrangements in the unlikely event of cancellation of the retreat.

Health and Fitness

• Activities within the retreat may require a certain degree of physical fitness. It is a guest’s responsibility to ensure they have certain levels of fitness required for any activity that a guest chooses to participate in. The Joy Alchemist  retains the discretion at any time to not permit the guest to participate in any activity if she reasonably believes that, in the interests of the guest’s health, the guest should not do so. In such circumstances, the presenter shall not be liable for any losses or compensation arising.
