A Systemic & Creative Experience in Nature

Sometimes, the way we learn to love, relate to others, and show up in the world is shaped by stories that began long before us.

On this special day, Lizzy and I invite you to pause and gently explore, with curiosity and respect, your relationship with love, partnership, softness, and the feminine.

Through systemic exercises and moments of reflection, you’ll have the opportunity to notice what resonates within you and discover a healing phrase you want to carry forward.

Then, we’ll bring that phrase to the canvas.

Each participant will create their own painting, transforming their words into a visual reminder of what they are ready to honor, transform, or choose differently moving forward.

This experience is open to both women and men and will take place surrounded by nature, with art, meaningful conversation, and delicious sandwiches and bites to share.

Una experiencia sistémica y creativa en la naturaleza

A veces aprendemos a amar, a relacionarnos y a mostrarnos al mundo desde historias que empezaron mucho antes que nosotros.

Este día, Lizy y yo te invitamos a hacer una pausa y explorar, con curiosidad y respeto, tu relación con temas como el amor, la pareja, la suavidad y lo femenino. A través de estaciones sistémicas y momentos de reflexión, cada persona podrá observar qué reconoce en sí misma y encontrar una frase de reparación que quiera llevarse.

Después, llevaremos esa frase al lienzo: cada participante pintará su propia obra y la convertirá en un recordatorio visual de lo que desea honrar, transformar o elegir de ahora en adelante.

Será un espacio abierto a mujeres y hombres, en medio de la naturaleza, con arte, conversación y sandwichitos para compartir.

Incluye:

• Ejercicio sistémico guiado por Lizy y Daniela

• Lienzo y materiales de pintura acrílica

• Tiempo para crear tu obra y escribir tu frase

• Algo rico para picar
